This product is with reliable performance when using, but it can emerge some problems, it may be caused from the following problems:
● LED SMD panel false
● Power supply problems
● Wire connection loosening problems

Please make sure static electricity protection when opening the lamp fixture for inspection or repair. Laypeople are not allowed to repair this product by self.

Methods for Troubleshooting:
● Remove the power supply cover behind the lights by cross screwdriver and then check if the power wire connection is loosening.
● If some false found in the lamp fixture panel, the obvious open circuit or short trouble can be solved directly at installation field. If cannot repair, directly replace the lamp fixture.
● If the power supply broken, please change it directly.
● Fix the power supply box back and check if the wire connection is correct.
